The Idea Grinder

Fixed the broken link to The Idea Grinder which is one of my better ideas and put into spreadsheet form. The broken link was on the page listing the Collected Works of Michael McCafferty. If you have "too many ideas" and need a way to help decide on which one(s) to work on first, then this is for you!

Also added a link on the Friends page (under Alex Wenz, the co-developer) and in the Keyword Index page.
